2017 PRICE LIST – TRAINING FEES AND SERVICES

 

• TRAINING – Horses in full training for shows or for sale.  Inclusions are conditioning, training, grooming supplies, supplements, show prep, sale prep, board and feed - $525.00 per month

• AMHR Over & ASPC TRAINING - Horses in full training for shows or for sale.  Inclusions are conditioning, training, grooming supplies, supplements, show prep, sale prep, board and feed - $550.00 per month

 

• DOWNTIME BOARD – Horses remain on show diet, daily turnout, light work and grooming as needed - $300.00 per month for minis - $350.00 per month for oversized (34”-38”)

 

• PASTURE BOARD – May include feed or hay depending on the time of year - $150.00 per month for mare, gelding or yearling colt - $250.00 per month for stallions

 

• FULL SIZE HORSE PASTURE BOARD - May include feed or hay depending on the time of year - $300 per month

 

• FULL SIZE HORSE STALL BOARD - $550 per horse

• BREEDING/HANDLING FEE – Includes teasing, breeding, handling for vet services, $150 per horse for the year

 

• HAULING/TRANSPORT – Standard rates $1 per mile (per horse) multiple horse on trailer discount could be available - $50.00 minimum

 

• BODY CLIP & FACIAL - $75.00 per horse in training, $100.00 per horse not in training

 

• PHOTO SHOOT PREP – Includes rinse, grooming supplies and set up. $50.00 per horse – if clipping is necessary the Body Clip & Facial charges will apply as well per horse.  The cost of the photographer will be billed to client at actual cost.

 

• HORSE SHOW FEES – please see 2019 Show Price List for details

 

• FUTURITY FEE – a 15% fee will be billed to clients for any monies won in AMHA, AMHR, and Congress futurity or any other cash paying classes will horse is in training with Wingate Training Center, LLC.

 

• SELLER/AGENT FEE – a 10% commission, based on actual sale price, will be billed to owner for any horse(s) sold while in training, boarding or within 60 days of leaving Wingate Training Center.  The 10% commission is owed even if trainer or Wingate Training Center did not facilitate the sale. 

 

• LATE FEES – Bills are due on the 1st of the month, a 10% late fee will be charged to all accounts that are 30 days or more past due.  All client fees must be paid and current for a client’s horse to attend a show.

 

• FARRIER - $25.00 per horse

 

• FULL SIZED HORSE FARRIER - $50 per horse

 

• ADDITIONAL FEES – entry fees, stall fees, vet costs, health certs, etc., will be billed at cost by Wingate Training Center, LLC or the attending Veterinarian.

 

• HORSE LEAVING FARM – Arrangements must be made 7 days prior to picking up any horse(s).  All outstanding fees must be paid in full before a horse can leave the custody of Wingate Training Center.  A trainer must be present when any horse(s) is picked up.

 

WINGATE TRAINING CENTER, LLC reserves the right to place horses in any classes they feel best suited for the ability of the horse.

 

WINGATE TRAINING CENTER, LLC reserves the right to have sole authority in deciding what horse(s) will show in Grand and Supreme classes according to which horse(s) they believe to posses the greatest chance of success on that day.  This will relate to all shows in the 2017 season including Championship and World Championship Shows.
